Support & training

Training

Training your teams to use and control our solutions, for optimal and safe operation.

A properly set rectifier gives consistent results, uses less energy and wears more slowly. A poorly understood rectifier ends up with frozen settings that nobody dares touch. Teams change, habits fade: training brings everyone back to the same level, on your own equipment and with your own settings.

The content is tailored to the audience. An operator needs to know how to enter a setpoint, read a display and recognise a fault. A maintenance technician goes further: regulation modes, limits, metering, polarity reversal cycles, first diagnostic steps and first-line servicing. The programme is built with you after a review of your equipment and your processes.

The service in detail

What is covered

On your equipment, with your settings and your processes.

Getting to know the interface

Manual front panel or touchscreen: reading the displays, setpoints, indicators and messages.

Setpoints and regulation

Setting voltage and current, and understanding what the unit does when it changes mode.

Metering and monitoring

Counters, timer and consumption monitoring: what those values are for and how to use them.

Cycles and polarity reversal

For installations fitted with it: the principle, the settings and the points to watch.

First-line servicing

What your teams can do themselves, and what is better left to us.

Safety and good practice

Lock-out procedures, protective devices, access conditions: the right reflexes around power equipment.

How it works

What happens

01

Starting point

Which equipment, which processes, which audience and what starting level.

02

Programme

Built with you, focused on what your teams actually use day to day.

03

Session

On your site and on your equipment: explanation, demonstration, then supervised hands-on practice.

04

Follow-up

A review of anything still unclear, with the option of a refresher session a few weeks later.

Worth knowing: training is best scheduled when new equipment is commissioned, or just after a change of team. That is when it prevents the most guesswork in the settings.
