What we do

French manufacturer of DC rectifiers since 1989

Based in Villette-d'Anthon, Isère (France), Micronics Systems designs, assembles and maintains DC rectifiers for the most demanding industrial applications. Since 1989, our teams have been developing power electronics and energy conversion solutions that turn mains AC into perfectly regulated direct current, from a few amps up to 6,000 A.

Our rectifiers power two main families of applications. In surface finishing, they supply the direct current of electroplating baths — gold, chrome, zinc and nickel plating, anodising, cathodic e-coating — where deposit consistency depends directly on the stability of the current delivered. On test benches, they act as a calibrated, programmable power source to qualify components, motors and electrical equipment.

Every installation has its own constraints, so our power supplies are configured to order: output voltage and current, manual or automatic control, communication interfaces, metering options and cooling method. The whole range is designed and assembled in France, then supported over time by our services: commissioning, workshop repair, on-site service, spare parts and training.
