Maintenance & support

On-site service

Diagnosis and intervention by our technicians directly on your premises, anywhere in France, to keep production downtime to a minimum.

Some equipment cannot leave the line: a hard-wired rectifier, a cabinet built into an installation, a shutdown that cannot be scheduled. Our technicians then come to your site, anywhere in France, with the service history of your equipment and the parts most likely to be needed.

Coming on site also reveals what a workshop bench cannot show: the quality of the mains supply, temperature and dust conditions, the length and condition of the power connections, the way setpoints are actually entered day to day. The service report covers these points, not just the restart itself.

The service in detail

What the service covers

From first start-up to breakdown repair, on your installation and under your real conditions.

Commissioning

First start-up of the equipment, setting of the setpoints and checking of behaviour under load.

On-site diagnosis

Measurements under real operating conditions, where the fault actually occurs.

Breakdown repair

Restart on site where possible, or a workshop return arranged where necessary.

Checks and settings

Voltage and current setpoints, limits, safety devices, consistency with the process run on the line.

Connection and integration

Checking of the power connection, the remote controls and the control interfaces.

Handover to your teams

A reminder of good practice for the operators present, on their own equipment.

How it works

What happens

01

Your call

You describe the situation and how urgent it is. We identify the equipment involved.

02

Preparation

Model, service history and likely parts are prepared before departure, to avoid a second visit.

03

The visit

Diagnosis, repair or commissioning, with tests carried out in front of your teams.

04

Written report

Written findings, actions taken and recommendations for what comes next.

Worth knowing: the more precise the report — model, serial number, when the fault appeared, how the line behaves — the better prepared and the shorter the visit. A photo of the rating plate and of the front panel often saves a whole visit.
