Our values

The values of a French rectifier manufacturer

Reliability, performance, expertise: what guides our work every day.

A DC rectifier is rarely the most visible piece of equipment in a workshop. Yet it is what decides the thickness of a deposit, the repeatability of a test and, at the end of the chain, the scrap rate. Our values follow directly from that responsibility: they are not for show, they are the criteria we use to settle every design decision.

Since 1989, Micronics Systems has designed and assembled its equipment in Villette-d'Anthon, Isère. Three principles come up on every project, from the 400 A wall-mounted rectifier to the 6,000 A modular cabinet.

Reliability

Stable, controlled power, for processes kept safe around the clock.

Performance

High energy efficiency and electrical precision for your production.

French expertise

Over 35 years of expertise serving industry.

01

Reliability — the same current on the first rack and on the last

In a surface finishing bath as on a test bench, quality does not come from the setpoint value: it comes from the ability to hold it, for eight hours at a stretch, whatever the variations in the mains supply, the workshop temperature or the load presented. A drift of a few per cent does not show on the display; it shows on the part, at the thickness check.

That is why regulation, long-term stability and continuous-duty capability come before the sales argument. Our equipment is designed to run in production around the clock, with protective devices that trip before the process goes wrong, and an HMI that makes visible what the source is actually doing.

Performance — efficiency, not headline power

Switch-mode technology, which Micronics introduced in France as early as 1991, gives a more compact unit for the same power, and high efficiency. On a line running all year, those efficiency points show up directly on the electricity bill and in the heat load of the workshop.

Performance is also about fine adjustment: ramp-ups, polarity reversal, programmable cycles, ampere-hour metering. All functions that let you reproduce a process identically rather than correcting it by hand.

French expertise — sizing from the process, not from the catalogue

Our engineering department is in-house: the person who designs your equipment is the one who asks you about your bath, your part geometries, your throughput or your test protocol. We do not start from a part number to adapt, but from a requirement to translate into electronics.

Thirty-five years of experience mean one thing above all: we have already seen most of the difficult cases. Large surfaces to anodise, precious metals where every gram counts, endurance tests lasting weeks, baths with high thermal inertia. That technical memory is available before the order, not only after it.

In practice

Where these values can be checked

Four stages where you can measure whether a company lives up to what it claims.

01

At the study stage

We ask about the process, the cycles and the installation constraints before proposing a part number.

02

At manufacturing

Wiring and assembly in our workshops in Villette-d'Anthon, using components from standard market brands.

03

At testing

Every unit is tested before dispatch: that is where the stated values are proved.

04

After commissioning

Maintenance, workshop repair and spare parts provided by our own teams, on equipment we designed ourselves.
