Micronics Systems has designed and assembled its DC rectifiers in Villette-d'Anthon, Isère, since 1989. Our sales teams, our engineering department, our workshop and our after-sales service are all on the same site: that is what allows us to keep the three commitments below.

Our rectifiers are not assembled from imported units and rebadged. The electronic design, the wiring, the cabinet build and the testing are all carried out in our workshops in Villette-d'Anthon, 25 minutes from Lyon. 100 % of units are tested before dispatch; that is the step that guarantees the values on the order form will be the ones measured at commissioning.
Manufacturing in France has a direct consequence for you: when a technical question comes up, the answer comes from the person who designed the machine, not from an offshore help desk opening a ticket.
From the first sizing question to maintenance ten years later, you talk to the same teams. We work on site throughout France, we train your operators and maintenance technicians to use the equipment, and we support new projects from end to end.
In practice: a project management service for complete installations, an on-site service for commissioning and breakdowns, training to make your teams self-sufficient, and rental when you need to cover an activity peak or a breakdown.
An industrial rectifier is not a consumable. We design ours to be opened up, diagnosed and overhauled : spare parts available, workshop repair, refurbishment and resale as second-hand. Extending the life of a machine remains, by far, the most frugal thing to do in terms of industrial footprint.
Durability is also a matter of energy. Switch-mode technology allows high efficiency on installations running continuously: every efficiency point gained is electricity that is not dissipated as heat in your workshop.
